Farm Boys

September 7, 2010

The rain only just held out for my shoot with these 3 farm boys. I got to meet Jakob earlier in the week but the weekend was all about the 3 boys together. Harry took a little while to warm up but with Cody being very cheeky it wasn’t long before everyone was laughing and playing about!

Not entirely sure if Barney enjoys the horse rides as much as Cody does -

The boys were very intrigued by what Mum was doing -

BUBBLES!!

All the boys -

I adore these next two shots!

Thank you for being an awesome family to shoot!

Fun on the Farm

July 20, 2010

These guys are one very cool family with plenty of cheekiness from Brooklyn and Josh was a great big brother helping me wrangle Brooke every so often. The weather was perfect and the farm had plenty of great spots to shoot apart from the muddy creek bed that I managed to walk right into. But in all honesty I don’t think I could have asked for a better shoot!

Reading story books in the fields -

Yummy afternoon light!

Some Mummy time -

And some Daddy time -

I’m really digging this playful series of Sherree and Josh -

Then Brooke stepped in for some play fighting -

Josh doing what boys do best – running & jumping -

I know you’ve been hanging out for these Sherree. Hope the wait wasn’t too painful!
ENJOY!

Three Generations

June 9, 2010

I love these types of shoots! There’s something so special about taking photographs of several generations of the same family. These three were a little camera shy to begin with but once they realised they could be their usual goofy selves they loosened up.

I love this series of Reik & her Mum. They have such piercing blue eyes!

It was great to see you all again! Hope you enjoythe sneak peek :-)

The Foster Family

May 24, 2010

This Sunday I managed to sneak in a family session before heading over to Singapore for Adam & Ev’s wedding later on tonight. With rain starting to tumble down as I approached the Foster House I was hopeful that the rain would ease and we’d still be able to explore the farm. And explore the farm we did! After about 5 minutes the rain eased up and we were off.

Toisha -

Shanina -

I love the way Shanina is looking at her big sister in this next photo! It was so adorable to watch the way Shanina kept trying to do what Toisha was doing and keep up with her.

Yerp Toisha was totally telling her Dad to get out of her photo – too cute!

Such a happy bub.

One of my absolute favourites from the shoot -

There were so many awesome spots to shoot on the farm it was a photographers dream! We even got to feed the chooks!

Hope you enjoy this extra long sneak peek! And thank you for sharing your afternoon with me (and your sweet potatoes -YUM!)
