Yesterday I had a lot of fun shooting the first FunKid shoot! When Amanda called me to say that she had one of my Gift Cards from FunKid I was so excited - I can’t wait for more people to get on board with these! So I met the Starkey family yesterday and we headed to Main Beach, Ballina for a bit of fun in the sand. It was such a beautiful day for it and these guys were absolute troopers - up for anything!

Have a shoot just because we can! With the perfect weather on Monday I couldn’t resist grabbing my camera and a couple of friends and heading out for a bit of an impromptu shoot. Maggie came along - it’s always more fun to have a second shooter! And Shelly from the recent Twins shoot agreed to be our gorgeous model for the day.

Can’t wait to meet her

Last week I got the opportunity to shoot a close friend who has 2 weeks to go in her pregnancy and we had a ball. We made for an interesting crew as we approached the headland, Ellie pregnant and carrying a bag of clothes, Maggie & myself carrying two big cameras and a bunch of gear with Ellie’s sister Laura bring up the rear on her cruches! The shoot was a lot more fast paced then I’m used to with the sun quickly setting but we managed to beat it and get some great shots that I know Ellie will love looking back on as bub grows up!!
